I've been unable to follow this procedure. I click on Windows Aero ... as soon as I hit ok ... it reverts back to basic.

Nowhere do I see Glass Transparency ...

I have the Flip 3D icon in my taskbar but it is not in 3D.


You must have the Windows Aero color scheme turned on for the Glass Transparency, Taskbar Thumbnail Previews, and Flip 3D features.
