Hello. All but a few Start Menu shortcuts and folders disappeared a couple of days ago - not sure how. Both Users on the same pc are experiencing the same issue. My login has administration rights and the other is a standard User.
I have tried to follow the instructions "How to Restore Missing Default Start Menu Shortcuts in Vista - All User Default Shortcuts" but when I right click on the Start button I do not have the options "Open All Users" or "Explore All Users" and the folder:
"C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu" is also missing. (I did set the folder settings to show the hidden files and folders)
Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can rectify this issue?
Many thanks in advanced.
