My Computer

Hi gkosmas,

Welcome to Vista x64 Forums.

I do not think Step One would apply to you for this situation. It would not have hurt anything though since it is just restoring default settings.

You will need to make sure that Windows Mail and Internet Explorer both have their default associations set to them. Just do one at a time.

If you have Outlook installed on your computer, it can cause you to lose Windows Mail as the default email program everytime it updates itself.

Hope this helps you,
Shawn
