Has anyone on this site received any real help from Windows help?
If so how did you get them to help. Whenever I go to them for help I get sent to North America, and I'm in the Southern Hemisphere. When it gets to the point I need a disc they tell me they can only send one to an address in North America. So why the heck does Windows help send me to another hemisphere. Windows help is useless in my experience and was wanting to know if others have had such crap service from them and if not what did you have to do to get REAL help?
Thinking of switching to Ubuntu now.
