I'm having problems keeping Windows Defender turned on. I have auto scanning enabled. I have all the boxes ticked on Real Time Protection Options and both boxes ticked on Administrator Options. I can click on the icon and it will come up, even reboot and it's still on, then the next time I check it I get the "Windows Defender is not on" message. How do I keep it on?

- Not sure what case or cooling means. Could not find in any documentation. The keyboard is the standard that comes with the HP Slimline.
