Something is very wrong there. the dates on the chart are all jumbled up. I've never seen anything like that. Also the time on you clock seems incorrect. If you made this post an hour ago, it should say something around 6:30pm. Do you have anti-virus and anti-malware installed on the computer? At this point it's the only thing I can think of that might cause this. Going to do a bit of research.
What about the date? Control panel/date and time or right click the clock/adjust date and time. If that is correct and the eset scan found nothing, then lets do a reset of the reliability monitor and then after the next freeze, reboot and check the monitor again. Info here. http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/174035-reliability-monitor-reset.html The other very odd thing is that there are no critical errors showing (a red dot with a white X inside). Should be one for every day there was a crash.
Wow... I see the difference. This is my second harddrive. I had a battle with Best Buy over it. My first HD went after 9 months and it took them 8 wks to replace it. They wanted me to pay $100. to rid my HD of virus's (before they discovered the HD was bad. I asked them for the names of the virus's they found and they were just spyware and one harmless bug that causes your home page to change. What a rip off. I would have been very mad if I'd have paid that and then they told me I needed a new HD. So I really don't trust them. Then I paid $99 for them to back up all my stuff. Only half of it was useable. None of my pictures are viewable... A shame because they are years worth of genealogy files and pics. I will never buy a computer from Best Buy again. Now I wonder what kind of HD they gave me that is all screwed up like that?
Yea, I'd never buy a computer from a non-computer company. They usually have no idea what their doing. Too bad about the lost files, and since you no longer have the old drive, there is no way to try to recover them.
