Windows 7 Pros & Cons.

To the geeks running / testing Windows 7.
I would appreciate your considered views on the new OS, pros & cons.

First of all, i think this thread should me moved to general discussions instead of news.
I m using windows 7 RC build 7100 since 2 months.
Pros: Less crashes and better performance.
Cons: Some old softwares and hardwares are not supported.
