I have Vista Home Premium 32-bit.
Hundreds of years ago, UNIX had a command (and maybe still does) that allowed you to check which version of a command was being invoked on the command line.
For example, assume you have several Java versions on your machine. The command:
whence java
would give you the complete path for the specific "java.exe" that would be used if you typed, for example:
java HelloWorld
Does anyone know whether DOS has a similar command?
