You have two options-
Either take your computer to a friend or family member who is computer literate, or to someplace like Bestbuy and let them fix/reinstall Vista, reinstall your software/apps and install Antivirus protection.

I want to help you, but we have an issue where you do not understand what it is I am saying, cannot navigate windows, cannot run file installations.
This make it all but impossible for me to provide any kind of troubleshooting or repair/reinstall assistance. For me to send you a remote assistance invitation I need your IP address which I do not think you can retrieve.

start>in search type, cmd, right click "run as Administrator"> in command prompt type ipconfig

Just go to remote assistance, save the invitation as a file w/password, then attach the file to a private message here.
