Specs:
Pc: Acer T180
Ram:3G
Prcessor right now: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+, 2300 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
What kind of socket do I need and what can my computer support.

I'd build a new PC instead of upgrading that pc. The X2 is virtually obsolete.
