hello everyone, I'm having problems with my laptop. its shows a blank screen saying disc reading error, press ctlr-alt and delete to restart, when I do, it ust goes back to the same screen, any suggestions?

can you press f8 at the computer starting screen (b4 it gets the time to start windows) and enter windows in safe mode?
