Limace I think the Virus must have scheduled it.
But not using the task scheduler.
Open Run and type msconfig.
See if the virus is running behind(starts with the system).
If yes then untick that particular option and save and reboot in safe mode.
Then run virus scan and Delete it.
That should do if virus is still lurking around
