Start performing an online scan there: Free ESET Online Antivirus Scanner
After completion, post a new log.

I just finished the online scan and one file couldn't be deleted cuz it was runing at the time.
Anyway, I deleted myself after I stopped from Processes in Task Manager.
The file was C:\Windows\csrss.exe
Finally, here is the log
There are still some problems with the regestery

Hi,
To solve your problem we have quite a lot of processes to perform, once a day cannot do the job.
Your infection is a real disaster (malware, trojans, viruse)
Deleting csrss.exe is useless as it runs from registry also and from the drivers folder, therefore, it is still present in your log.
To start with, go there: The home of Spybot-S&D! , read the tutorial, download the app and run it (after you have readen the tutorial), reboot and post a new hijackthis log.

This program is great. I used to have in XP.
Good to use it again in Vista.
