I tried the Vista Installer that you sent me, but before it could load each time I got a BSoD. Any ideas on how to re-install Windows when I constantly get BSoD? I tried a bootable USB hard drive nuker to eliminate everything on the drive so I could re-install, it said non fatal errors caused it to not work. I have tried multiple bootable antiviruses, they start to work, do the online updates then when they try to start scanning the system they freeze or BSoD. Its like nothing can access the drive.

You'll have to call up the BIOS and make sure the DVD drive is set to boot first. Then boot from that DVD and format/reinstall your system.

I know, I set it to boot first. I selected the Vista installer and it started to load, and then I got the problems.
Is there any way to format the system without turning it on?

No there is something physically wrong I suspect. Possibly a loose circuit or connection or hardware that's failing.

I would have an expert look at the machine for problems.
