How weird. No rejects this end....thus far anyway. Glad that's sorted !!

I'd need the .exe too (for vista 32-bit), the X14-63452.exe seems 'not found' all over the internet..

Thanks,it said 100% download. but it's still downloading the last hundreds of MB and never finishes...any ideas (I paused/resumed a few times, no difference..)

Long time lurker, first time poster. Just wanted to acknowledge the wealth of information and links on this thread :geek:. It meant that last night I could resurrect my old HP Pavilion Tower (a6744k) - after a few hours work it's running as well as it did back in 2009! Fully licensed, authenticated, patched and operational - Home Premium x64 SP2 really flies!

Funny how start up / shutdown times aside I can barely notice any performance difference between Vista and 7 (Windows 7 was ebayed last year for a princely sum!). The old Intel Core 2 Quad really eats up anything that Vista throws at it, but then again it always did. All being well I've just sorted my desktop solution for the next 3 years (after my old PowerMac G5 bit the dust).

Must be something about these slightly older OSs that I just can't get enough of! Advantage over OS X 10.5.8 is that we're still getting security patches on Vista and can run 99% of the "modern" software too. Means I can run Photoshop / Premiere without having to wait 5 days for my efficient, but laughably slow ULV laptop to finish rendering.

Vista, still my main OS, is the last 'great' OS in my opinion and I always thought it a pity that Microsoft had to water it down somewhat from the original Longhorn plans to meet release deadlines. It's the last one that has everything built-in (assuming Ultimate of course) and everything after that started having bits chopped off, mostly thanks to rather short-sighted Government regulatory controls in certain parts of the world. It's also a good-looking OS. It's good to go until April 11, 2017, so plenty of time to contemplate its replacement.

Hi.
I have a valid license for vista, but i had lost the dvd.
-Can you give me a valid link to dowload Vista 64 bits?
I tried from this page:

but when i download the X14-63453.exe file, i have this error message: "File not found."(from digital river).
I don't know why, the two WIL links works fine, and the .EXE link does'nt work.
-Another question? is it possible to create the iso file, only with the Two WIM files?
