Vista Freezes

HELP!!! sometimes my computer does not load a program (Example- Stamps.com) which I installed the new version and I just get a reponse that program is not responding. I checked the Vista Error Log File and is shows the following-

Uninstall your iStamps program.
Then, if you reinstall it, make sure that it's compatible with Vista and install it as an Administrator.

Thanks USAMA, I will try the uninstall and reinstall and see if it works. Will repost if it does not work.
