Vista effect sound

Hello everyone, this is my first post! although I'm not sure if I should post in this category.

You see, I'm looking for a Windows Vista sound scheme that I can't find anywhere, and I don't know if it's a custom download pack, but when I tried Windows Vista I couldn't find the sound effect anywhere, without however, in a soccer video there is that sound:

Thank you for reply. In the 2000s decade, my family used Windows XP and and also Windows Vista. the OS had that sound scheme every time you clicked outside of a dialogue box, the style of sound is very likely Vista and I'm sure that old computer had XP and then Vista. There was a famous sound scheme pack from internet or is a special version of Windows?

I booted to and searched my WXP & Vista installs hard drives, and I can't find that particular sound. I wanted to find it for you just for fun though... I thought I came close but not quite.

That broadcast video seems was from 2010 ??? ...and so that's even later, and so you would think the station equipment would be using an OS from that time frame, if, the sound originated from within software they were using, and it was heard / recorded onto the broadcast.

You can download sound packs for all these OS's though found on the web search engines, and if it's from an OS sound pack, you could find it with enough effort.

Go to the Control Panel, Sound. In Sound, select Sounds. You can make all kinds of changes there, including selecting sound schemes.
