Solved vista antispyware virus 2012 removal

been infected with this virus and did a search of the net, there are so many different guides on how to remove it from the very simple by downloading stopzilla to very complexed involving reg edit functions, could some one offer advice as to which is the most reliable and effective guide to remove this virus

In most cases, one single program is not enough.
It is advisable to use the following programs......

1. Malwarebytes : pick the free version
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer

2. STOPzilla :
STOPzilla Anti-Spyware

3. TDSSKiller
TDSSKiller Download - Softpedia

*** It is better to run those programs in Safe Mode with Networking.

In the OTL custom scans/fixes box, can you copy and paste the following and press Run Fix:

C:\ProgramData\43pr3145p1ank2bl181n4tqg6c0d32fwtgu58srb33ja /D

Post back with the custom fixes log that opens upon doing this

What good would TDSSKiller do if there's no rootkits? Its not software to prevent infection, its a removal tool

running fine now Tom thanks for all the help just going to get my AV and malware updates and run a deep scan make sure nothing found but im sure its sorted

Yes, that's a great idea. I would recommend that you install Secunia PSI to make sure that all of your programs are kept up to date If you have any further problems then feel free to either post back on this thread if the problem is related, or start a new one if its different
