Solved Unsolved Freezing w/ Event Log now!

Trust me it is a long process of elimination......Im about to get the file rkill.exe from bleepingcomputer.com...I want to make sure ZI have it on hand/file Just in case..This file targets some trojans and makes it so you can run your malware scanner again if it gets locked up like what happened to me... Ok well it's been about a week since I've had that problem, so I'm going to tentatively say it's fixed. I guess it was solved by some combination of uninstalling WinPatrol, running sfc once, and reinstalling McAfee. Thanks for all of everyone's assistance!!! A month and a half of frustration and anger seems to finally be OVER!

I havent had a problem for a week also, but I ran an onlive virus scanner and it picked up 3 threats...Resolved now so I can get to bed earlier.......
