System Restore and Cookies

Although, I really know better; after receiving one of those cute E Cards, I clicked on the link to read the card. I had a lot of mail and was not really thinking.

My question, if I use system restore (Home Premium), will all cookies and any other crap put on my comuter be removed?

System restore back to an earlier point or completely remove all software and set the machine back to factory setting?

I want to set the machine back to the point just prior to receiving the card. I do not want any cookies or other tracking devices on my computer. I do not want any beacons, cookies or other tracking devices able to locate my puter.

System restore doesn't effect the file's. It only effects the system settings, installations, registry, etc. So if you want to get rid of the spyware you'll need the following:

Cookies are not spyware, they just record info such as logins. Yes, they can track you but in a limited way. To get rid of them, run Glary Utilities and its Tracks Eraser, which can also erase the start menu, some apps, and Windows among other things.

Glary utilities are causing false positives on some anti virus apps. just false positives not to worry.

Nope, they fixed the delphi issue and there have been 2 updates since. Scanned yesterday as per weekly with Norton 360 3.5.6.2 and Malwarebytes; full system scan is clean.
