System.ini problems

I looked for it under my username and I didnt find the desktop.ini file. Don't know if its supposed to be ther or not. Oh and I checked the documents folders, the empty one says that the size is 282 bytes, Size on disk 4.00 KB, and that it contains 1 files, 0 Folders. and in location it says C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile where the one with my files says C:\Users\Eddie Silver. This is looking under Properties BTW. Dunno if it helps any in solving the problem tho.

I just uninstalled itunes and reinstalled it to see if it solved the itunes problem but the same message of not having enough access privileges appeared so im guessing whatever the problem with the duplicate folders is also the cause of that.

Does my post about the properties for the folders give anyone ideas as to the problem?

I've been having all the same problems. I can't open Firefox without right-clicking and choosing "Run as administrator" even though I'm the only user on this computer.

iTunes won't open either no matter what I do. I tried disabling the Sidebar but it's already disabled and I can't even bring it back up!

This all started happening after I installed Vista SP1 yesterday (10/27/09). Any help? It seems like the comp thinks I'm not an admin.
