Stuck on LOCAL Only

I am unable to access wifi at my work, my iphone does connect.

When my iphone connects it automatically redirects safari to a privacy page that you must accpet to contiue internet access, this will happen every 10 minutes.

My laptop was connecting last week, when it started to slow down every 10 minutes I manually loaded the consent/privacy page and accepted the terms and it worked.

This week I can't get past the local access only under the network and sharing center.

I have updated drivers for internet access and a DNS FLUSH.

HMMM I do not know, my University employer broadcasts wifi for our Emergency Room. I do know that my friend with a MAC book and my iphone connect just fine.

No password needed but you have to consent to using an unsecured hotspot every 10 minutes.

So, when you have to consent , is where the issue is ? as in, it will not find this " hot spot " again ?
