Start/Vista Button, Menu goes black.

Heeey

I've just registered and i'm not too sure whats whats at the moment so sorry if this is in the wrong place

Recently installed vista x64 ultimate on a brand new machine, Q6600, 4gb ram, ATI Radeon 4870 HD 1GB etc etc..

It was fine until i just put the sound blaster audigy card in, and now i get this:

Any idea's about this?:S

Is it always like this. Have you tried a different theme. Changed the color scheme.
