Start menu Icons not showing up

Hello

I have a strange problem and sadly none of the GREAT guides about the star menu on this forum helped.
The Problem is:

My start menu "All Programs" only shows the Icons/Folders from:
%systemdrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
But it does not show any Icons from my user:
%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

I've got no clue how to fix that. Can someone help me?

As I said. This guide di not help a thing. I have all the Icons. They just don't show up.

Ok. You can try a System Restore using a restore point dated before this problem to see if it can fix it.

Another option is to create another administrator account to see if the Start Menu displays all of them in that account. If so, then you can Copy and Paste the icons from the old account %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu location to the new account location. Once everything is copied over and checks out ok, you can delete the old account from within the new account.
