SATA disk ,Msg:Block 115215

Hi,
plz help me out,
i hv Blue screen of death problem ,
when i try to diagnose the problem by cd of UTILITIES AND DRIVERS ,
it gives me
Msg: Block 115215 and
IDE drive fail ,
and also gives me lots of ERROR CODE like
OFOO:1344 ,
OFOO:065D ,
OFOO:1344 etc. etc.
plz help me how i get rid of these errors.
Although i active AVG anti virus.
