Solved Removed malware, now I can't start a program

Give it another hour and if it doesn't move any further then start it again. If the same scenario occurs then let me know and we'll give something else a shot

Sorry, it's been awhile. I decided to stop with the scan and anything else you suggested for me to do. Thanks for the help.

Are you having any problems? How's your computer running?

My computer is doing fine. I mean, it's an hp and it has its flaws. When ever it's used too much it over heats and shuts down.

Can I have one last OTL log, just to make sure nothing has changed since the last time I had one Apart from that, I think we're all done

Well, here it is.

Just one thing to do, put the following in the custom scans/fixes box in OTL, then press Run Fix:

Other than that, you're all clean
