then boss wat to do in this case?
In case you are not aware: there are at least 3 built in "user accounts" that came factory installed with VISTA. Two, ("Sytem" and built in "Administrator") are already working as soon as you first attempted to use your brand new PC. Some think they are the same accounts, but they are listed separately with very differernt CPU and HDD usages. The third one needs to be turned on by a user with adminstrator's privileges.... it is the built in GUEST account and it can only have limited (standard)privileges, by default. The only thing you can do with it is turn it on and off and enable it (or not) with password security (which really is not necessary). It is hidden when not turned on. You can make it appear by clicking "Manage another account". The built in Administrator is also hidden and you can meet him/her only in Safe Mode with Networking.
If you happen to have, let's say, two "guest" friends whom you want to share your PC with, you have two options: you may let both of them use the built in GUEST account for limited computing or you may
create additional USER account/s (for both or for each) that you can extensively modify.
You do not want anybody else to use your own USER account (also, it must be password secured)
Your created friends' USER accounts are deletable. Built in GUEST account and built in Sytem account are not deletable. I am not clear on built in Administrator account. I know it can be disabled, as mine.(I have replaced it with a created USER account that I named also "Administrator" so I can access it in regular boot (or switch user) when I want to do a lot of system modifications. I use a standard account for regular non-tweaking computing.
Any account that is not empowered with administrator priveleges will need to type in Administrator's account password on the UAC prompter if user wants to do any kind of system modification...unless you have disabled UAC, which is not recommendable.
