OK,
Do a destructive recovery of the "C" drive. This will format "C" only & leave the other drives alone.
It should then recover the "C" drive system back to "Day one" & still be Dual bootable. If not dual booting, repair the boot up.
You will then need to install any Windows updates that are wanted. OK?
