Hello, like others people I've seen on here I woke up to:
The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
So I found this site and see some great advice, only since I don't have an Admin account I have to go into Safe Mode, like the tutorial suggests that I'm following on here, but my computer won't go into Safe Mode. I've been tapping F8 every second as soon as I restart or turn off/on but it never works. Now I'm trying to reinstall everything with the factory default settings dvd's I had to make, but I can't get the cd tray to eject!
Any suggestions?
