Solved Problem with YouTube

Good Morning Everybody

My friend has a problem with YouTube

When his watches any video from Youtube by use Mozilla Firefox

it appears bad quality like this :

But by use Internet Explorer ... it appears high quality like this :

Please tell me WHY ... and help me to fix his problem ?!!!!!​

I think that he should update Adobe Flash Player!!

As AlOnan said, I would also adivse you to update your Flash player.

I would also recommend that he should get the following add one for firefox, it improves youtube video quality:

And if that doesn't work then try reinstalling firefox:
