popup blocker problem

I NEVER get popups, wich is A GREAT thing. Its just that I have my internet explorer 7 vista popup blocker set to show info bar and play sound when a popup tries to get through. when ever I go to a site a on my machine and then I go to the same site on another machine, neiher of us get the popup but he gets the bar and the sOUND. Why dont I get the bar or sound. My security software does not have a popup blocker and I dont even have 1 toolbar installed

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You might end up with lots of popups and lots of noise. :)
