Solved Pentium 4 3.0GHz HT runs at 2.0GHz

Yes in BIOS it says 3.0GHz, Norton Utilities 3.0GHz and in System. I can notice a difference very much. Games run better thn before. My tests in benchmarks have raised fps by 20% AND CPU-Z shows it has gone up to 800MHz 200 FSB multiplyer x15. My memory mhz has been raised from 266 to 333 single channel.

Once again thanks for helping out though. Just one thing? WHERE IS THE SOLVED BUTTON!!!!
