Partition through BIOS?

You cant. That BIOS is only for mainboard operations. Im sorry but your stuck there.

I have the Page Fault In Nonpaged Area blue screen, and even when I insert the Windows 7 disk and boot from CD, it still doesn\t let me start up. What do I do now????

Ok I think I figured it out... In BIOS in boot menu I put CD as the only option. However, Ihave the Windows 7 CD in there but it doesn't recognize it.

You have a windows 7 CD or DVD? If you have only a CD drive then it wont read the DVD. If it isnt booting from the DVD...then the DVD may be bad.
