I am using Outlook 2003 and not Windows mail.
I put most of my emails in subfolders
Could I copy these email folders into empty folders in "documents"?
Would this be "exporting" them? If so, would they disappear from my inbox?
I've never been able to open outlook personal folders backups.
The more I learn, the less I understand!
