Hello, I'm new here. My laptop windows vista is down. Error messege: NTLDR Press Ctrl + Alt + Del. Because my laptop is down I can't not find out if it is 32 bit or 64. All I know it is windows vista home premiun. I do not have the cd copy to boot my machine. I really don't want to reformat the C drive and reinstall window vista again. Any help, suggestion , please I will really appreciate it. Thank You! Hector V.

On most laptop there is no set up disk but the vista has a hidden back up file but before you do that try looking at the bios setting see if it has a safe default but before you try reinstalling try things like system restore.
