I like Vista more than 7 so will stay with that.
I have several capture tools and programs that make videos of what you do on screen (Demo Builder)etc but I mainly use snipping tool or Faststone capture.
There is no right or wrong answer, of course, but I prefer Seven. Bought computer with Vista preinstalled just over 2 years ago. I took advantage of the pre buy offer for 7 ($49.99) included tax and shipping. Had to take advantaged. Have never looked back.
I had a free version given to me I tried it but didn't like it.
I gave it to a friend and he has used it since and is very happy with it. I'm happy for him and glad to be using Vista.

- Weakest part of my computer is the graphics chipset. Only ever used a laptop. Also use USB Freeview TV Card Lenovo Docking Station External Speakers Other bits a pieces as needed
