Under device manager\network adapters I have a highlighted exclamation point. It refers to isatap.ec.rr.com, then I get this error message: this device is not working properly because windows can not load drivers for this device (code 31). When I click update drivers my computer tells me that the driver is all ready up to date. So what the heck is going on? I tried goggling but nothing. Any help please.

Remove the device and reboot. Let it reinstall itself. EC.RR.COM is a domain.

I did that and it still pops up with highlighted exclamation mark.

Do you know which Adapter its connected to? Verify you have have the proper drivers. Make sure your adapter is compliant to the OS.

Hey Bassfisher...did you find a solution to your problem? I have the same thing happening. Did your wireless internet stop working also?
