boot my computer do you mean shut down and turn back on again then listen for the beeps? i think i have done factory specs before and it didnt help with the problem but il do it again if need, maybe i done something wrong.
When you did it this, did you have to reinstall your programs?
If they are quarantined, that is fine for now.
i cant actually remember what happen because it was back in October but i think i just followed the instructions to set it up as i was ment to do, then i tried to run a cd game soon after but the computer just crashed the game after a few mins and shut it down, i think it went back to the desktop but i try to play the game or another game after and it crashed again.
