When I Try And Install Vista On This Computer
It Starts Loading At The Grey Bar Screen At The Begining And Before It Gets Into The Installer The System Restarts!!!

This Is A Fresh Slef-Booting Install On A New HDD And I Don't Know What Could Be Wrong?!

I Have Installed/Built Many Vista Systems And Nevewr Had This Problem...

I Have Set The DVD Drive To The 1st Boot Device And The HDD To The 2nd.

Help Please!

Try pulling one stick of Ram out and installing with only ONE! I've heard from multiple people that Vista is a little testy with RAM during installs.. and to use onle one.. then after it gets finished add the other.. then the other 2 if your doing 4x1.. (I don't kno if ur 2x2GB or 4x1) but either way, use one for install and then add others after.. I've heard this help MANY people that couldn't figure out why install was not workin..

Good luck!

I would reset the BIOS to default memory timing and install just one stick of RAM. Remove hardware you don't need to do the base install of Vista.
