My internet spikes every 10-20 ish seconds? help?!

mate dont want to freak you out or anything but you might want to remove your last post (someone will hack your computer if they have access to your TCP address)

I just wanted to see what your foreign addresses were so that I could determine if your info was being transmitted over the net.

There is nothing there that would indicate something transferring your stuff over the internet, does it just have random pingings with google? or have you tried pinging microsoft or anywhere else?
does your internet actually run noticeably slower?
last resort ring your internet service provider and ask them to reset your link (should take 5 -10 minutes for them to do)

The random pingings happen with everything I use something that requires the internet. Also, I find it kind of funny how my service provider said that DUST was the problem and that I should clean it out of my modem. T_T But yeah, I'll call them again and tell them to reset my link.

Well, sometimes my internet runs noticeably slower. Most of the time, the ping is around 50-60 ms, so when it spikes you can't really notice much of a difference. But that's different when your gaming because I'm all over the place when it spikes. In some cases, it would stay around 200-300 ms. It's just ridiculous.
