Patonb : i dont even understand what you`re talking about :D
be my guide please, what should i do to clean this cmos/bios?

@wither 3 : i`ll try it.
about a memtest : i`m sure that it`s frozen. i gave him about an hour and it was still 10%

@edit2
Attaching a crash file saved from BlueScreenView (txt.)
maybe it will help.

@edit3
My computer doesn`t want to start with old RAM.
When trying to start with old ram, it tells me to reboot but it doesn`t change anything

If you look up in your motherboard manual, it will show you how. It basically is just switching the jumper tab from 1 set of pins to another.

If you give me your model, i'll dig up the how to.

Looking at the crash.text file, most of the problems are not related to memory. Numerous atapi.sys and nv1ddmkm crashes. The last one can be caused by a fried graphics card or one that is overheating. The first one may or may not cause problems with accessing the hard drive or optical drives, if they are IDE. There are others such as sptd.sys and hal.dll.

Early on, I mentioned running a system restore. I don't see any mention that you did that.

I would suggest downloading and running the Microsoft Fix It to check for hardware and software problems. You might even want to try and run a Windows repair.

Thats not true. Bad memory can cause all theses issue. There's an equal amount of all driver crashes, all seem to be hardware items.

All things I mentioned seem to be software problems for hardware. That's why I suggested running Fix It. However, there's no indication of a RAM problem. I'm not sure how RAM problems would affect the graphics card, the SCSI controller and the ATAPI IDE controller or even HAL. However, I'm not an expert so I'll take your word for it.

When you have ram issues, ANY program that goes through the ram, which is everything running, is subject to getting screwed up.

So while it may say its a nvidia driver, It could have just been the program that went through the ram and taxed it to much. So the prtogram/driver crashes and is what is reported.

Have you scanned for malware recently? I've seen the atapi.sys BSOD's a lot because of the TDSS rootkit (this doesn't mean that all atapi.sys memory dumps are from infections tho')

Backup your stuff first if it is the TDSS rootkit - repairs sometimes get out of hand and render the system unbootable. Post back before attempting to remove it for some hints and a good copy of the atapi.sys driver (I maintain copies of Windows drivers from XP SP0 up to the Win7 SP1).

Here's the free tool for removing it: Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

still the same :/
so i decided to re-install system, with deleting all files.
when trying to install vista, it always crashes like at the middle of installation
then i`ve got a bluescreen 0x0000007F (0x000000000D 0x00000000 0x00000000 0x00000000)
it`s different than previous BS, isn`t it?
now, we can shure say that it`s not malware, or wrong controllers.
i used vista memory diagnostic TWICE, and all seems to be ok. so, not the RAM problem.
i`ve got 2 hard drives, but both seem to be ok, it doesn`t matter on which i`m trying to install vista, it always crashes. Hard Drives ok.
Is there anything else what i can do?

Vistas memory check is quite frankly garbage.. To truely eliminate memory it needs to be tested over many hours.
