When I try to delete the Bonjour Services folder it keeps saying 'access denied'

And did you stop & disable Bonjour service before? Check also permissions for this folder http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/157304-folder-permissions.html
You can also remove this folder in safe mode

Went into safe mode and removed it but there is no change, the PC is only 2 months old so I think I'll try the re-install option and if that doesn't work go for a complete clean start.
