Media sharing says disabled, but its not!

OK here goes...When I go to Network and click on the mediaplayer shared device it comes up with media player and then a message saying that media sharing is disabled, however it aint disabled and all options are turned on. I just cant figure this one out whatsoever.
Anyone know a fix for this one because I am totally stumped.

OK, update: Got fed up with that, so I did a repair install and alls OK now.
You know, the repair install in a lot better than XP..I actually kept all my software and their locations intact. Perfect. Took about 4 hours though, but worth it.:D
