Make a shortcut "Run as" someone else...

I ran runas /user:administrator /savecred cmd butit asks me for the pass everytime I execute the command.

Strange, I am not too sure why it doens't work for you. I just tested it and savecred worked fine me.

Did you type the command the same way I did?

"runas /userusername) /savecred cmd"?

I also found this, if I do not type the password I get this error;

Yup heres what I did:

C:\>runas /user:pal\admin /savecred notepad
Attempting to start notepad as user "pal\admin" ...
Enter the password for pal\admin:
