i think its a vista problem myself
if you go into control panel and create a shortcut to system to your desktop assign a keyboard shortcut to it it works but soon as you move that shortcut from the desktop
to any other location keyboard shortcut no longer works BUT the shortcut itself works
its very strange indeed
