login problems

i can't create a new account user, a message box appears that says characters used in the profile name is invalid, but i don't use any special characters, after i cancel it, i can see the profile name i try to create but when i try to login through that account the user profile service service failed appears. Please help me to fix this, thanks

Maybe someone knows a way to fix this, if you haven't got many apps, programs, documents on the hard disk, I'd just do a clean install of vista. It's not hard at all, check this tutorial by Brink: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-vista.html?ltr=C
