Login Failure

Hi all,
in my School PC Lab I get the message "The registration of the service user profile service failed. The user profile cannot be loaded" - this is a free translation from deutsch! - in one PC, when I try as a normal "Pupil" user to login. When I as Administrator login is everything OK. What can I do about it?
