Yes, it took Realtek more than a month to release the R2.82 driver package. Posted 7/26/2017 on the Realtek web site.

note - if after installing HDA drivers from 8862 to 8934 (the ones that include this security bugfix) and the Realtek sound effect options (equalizer and environment) in the Realtek HD Audio manager app do not affect the sound or make no changes to the audio, install the KB4474419 SHA-2 update and reboot. the Realtek audio equalizer and environment sound effect options should now work correctly after KB4474419 update is installed.
