I haven't noticed since I only run Vista in a VM now.
I suppose that you could create a shortcut from the Keyboard and Mouse Control Panel items to use instead for them. It would be interesting to hear if anyone else is getting this or not to.

It's quite strange because the usual icons are in the program files but aren't associated with the right .exe I guess. Meanwhile all the items that it inserts in All Programs are all blank icons. Somebody goofed and I wonder how long it will take for them to notice.
It's also the first time I've known the issue of being unable to change the icon for any imported software desktop shortcut.
