ktmrm - error code 0x80070026

hiya

i ran sfc/scannow yesterday all it said was windows did not find any integrity violations and i ran malwarebytes about an hour ago and that did,nt find anything.

If you're up for it:

1. Download SysInternals AutoRuns from Microsoft TechNet, run it and File > Save the output to your desktop as AutoRuns.arn (It'll take a minute or so to run).

2. Run MSInfo (Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information), File > Export to a text file (MSInfo.txt) on your desktop.

3. Open an Administrative command prompt and type in perfmon /report; a viewer will appear (again, it'll take a minute or so). File > Save as a HTML file (PerfMon.html) on your desktop.

4. Press the Ctrl key and left-click on each of AutoRuns.arn, MSInfo.txt, and PerfMon.html so that they are high-lighted; right-click on MSInfo.txt, click on Send To, then Compressed (zipped) Folder.

5. Upload the resulting MSInfo.zip file on your desktop - see Vista Forums - FAQ: Reading and Posting Messages).

sorry it,s taken so long for me to reply just gone on computer.i,m struggling with sysinternals autoruns gone onto microsoft technet and there are 2,670 downloads for sysinternals autoruns.which one do i download.
